First assuming 10 is highest Nobody wants to be at ER but it happens Ive been to multiple unfortunately. This ER is bigger and cleaner than most But wait time was long. Also I came one and they did standard blood test and found nothing They did not tell me about more advanced blood tests otherwise I would have asked for all the blood test to be done at the same time. Also prioritizing certain test over others like xray and ultra sound
The vet tech who helped with our dog was great. He really connected with her and made her feel comfortable. And Dr. Rothschild was very patient with our dog and was kind.
Dr Page, Dr Kramer, Ruth (nurse). I don't remember the names, but all the people at the front desk
Experience at PESC was wonderful - from check in to the appointment. Check in staff were friendly and informative an Dr Zimmerman was most thoughtful in explaining the situation and my options.
Every single person was sweet and professional. We really appreciated Dr. Krupa's explanations of my dog's injury, his reassurances that she would be okay, and his prompt emailing of her radiographs (even though he was clearly very busy).
Vet and her helper were excellent.
They were very helpful I couldn't find anyone to see him . The price was extremely difficult to swallow and I'll be paying it off for idk how long but he's doing better now . So that part makes me happy . My old vet would have fixed him for 1/10th of the cost same day without an appt but he's since retired
Dr Waterman is smart kind and fantastic! Most of the vet techs are oustanding.
Excellent care. My Elvis sees Dr Tun for a human condition that is rarely seen in dogs. He diagnosed it so accurately the resident doctors at the VA were impressed. But I have been taking my beloved formal dog Sal and Elvis to this emergency for years and they are by far the best in Marin. All these new places Are now opening and I would never bring my Elvis there . We will always go her. The staff are friendly, Knowledgeable and I've Always been impressed with the level Of professionalism. Most importantly they want the best care for your animal and have integrity with recommendations and it's not the amount of money that is the determining factor . I have to do some things in stages and they are so accommodating. Love the place.
