Very clean, good team of people working together!

appreciated the women staff member who answered the phone, told ne how to get there and approx. the waiting time I also appreciated the women doctor whoanswered allour questions and calmed us down

How quiet the waiting room and intensive care rooms are. I have sadly had to visit many vet ER rooms and your was by far the calmest and least stress inducing I have visited. The separation of cats and dogs (although one time there was a chihuahua in the cat area), I really appreciated how you clearly tried to reduce stress. Everyone was very helpful.

Although our vet bill was quite high, I firmly believe that the care my cat received at the Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin, provided by dedicated nurses and doctors during a pet emergency, saved my cat's life. He had ingested a poison or toxin while we were on vacation, and after two nights in the ICU, he survived. I credit this to the exceptional competence and quality of care from the veterinarians and staff on site. When we arrived after an exhausting eight-hour drive, feeling terrified and frazzled, they were incredibly kind and gracious. The facility's quality and the genuine kindness of all the staff throughout the building made a profound difference.

I'm so sorry - I don't remember everyone's names...but each and every person at the front desk both times we came, all of the techs, and especially Dr. Pompeani.

The staff is friendly and responsive. They always take care of me and my pup. They follow up and show they care. They understand that I may not be an expert or emotionally sound in making my decisions and, thus, give me the space to ask questions and the comfort to confide in them about the hard decisions.
