Dr. Waterman was wonderful, efficient, great bedside manner, caring, and very generous with her time and information. As a fellow veterinarian, but not a cardiologist I can say that I was very impressed and I am very thankful. I have also been there with my very senior dog and seeing Dr. Marcella Harb and she is phenomenal. I have nothing but good things to say.

The quality and caring of the staff for the pets and the owners.

You can tell that they truly care about your pet. They are kind, patient and understanding. They take the time needed to thoroughly exam your pet and you never feel rushed.

Everyone is very friendly and professional.

My interactions were at discharge and over the phone. I did not catch everyone's names. Dr ostapec (sp) was excellent and I think there was another male doctor overnight that called for updates and took great care with his plan. His techs and nurses were also great. At reception a woman helped me understand billing and called to follow up about an issue two days later which was resolved. She was so professional and caring. I think Dr. Tun also came in to check on Rocky too. Overall excellent care.
