Dr. Waterman is wonderful. Very caring and knowledgeable, and she explains everything in a way that it's clearly understood. By the way you might want to switch the scale of your survey. You have 0 on the right and you want that on the left so it goes left to right from low to high.

They treated my dog with nothing but care and love while he was there for 4 days, they run everything by you and dont charge you for things that shouldn't be done to gauge you for money. They are some of the kindhearted staff.
