Our visit was brief but Dr. Robin was so compassionate, made my somewhat nervous doggie Simon feel very comfortable and safe while she examined him, listened to my concerns and came up with a great care plan, and then did his procedure to remove a foxtail quickly ! So grateful to her!

Grace is my baby, so when she was going through her issue (foxtail up the nostril) its a heart hurting moment for me. The staff was absolutely amazing. They we friendly, nice, caring and I got the feeling they understood how much Grace means to me. The care the Vet showed was better than sometime i get from my Dr. She never let Grace feel over powered. She got down at her level, talked with her and was very gentle when examining her. The Staff is awesome. be proud of them.
Dr. Hogen and the vet tech who helped us after Arlo's scan were outstanding. Both were very clear communication in their communications about the finding of the scans and aftercare instructions. It was also clear how much they genuinely care about animals and helping them to feel better. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience - it was horribly stressful to have Arlo be as sick as he was and every single person we encountered demonstrated incredibly good veterinary or interpersonal skills when interacting with both of us. I hope I never have to recommend your services to anyone, but your center is at the top of my list for pet care.
