The staff is very welcoming and kind! The vets and vet techs are wonderful to the precious furry creatures we bring in. And they're also very nice to us! The facility is spacious and has wonderful views of the surrounding hills making it feel even more open and spacious!

My dermatology vet recommended my dog see an Internist Vet. She helped to get me an appointment in one week. I know PESCM accommodated that request and worked to find an appointment. They got the testing my dog needed done that day. Called me with the results later that same day and the next day after bloodwork was completed. I thought they handled my dog with care. I thought they explained the procedures and costs clearly and considered our boundaries as they proceeded. The facilities were updated. Reception staff was nice.

All the veterinarians have been professional and caring. From the front desk staff, to the techs, etc. everyone is kind and caring and friendly. I wish I knew all of the staff's names, but I do know that Sarah (with Dr Harb) and Jose( with Dr. Rothchild) are fantastic!
