The doctors at PESCM truly care about the pets the help at the hospital. I trust my dog's life with them.

Felt the service was friendly and thorough. I enjoy over communication so felt like all the info I received before, during, and after have been very clear. I felt pricing overall was fair enough compared to the services provided and the facilities looking clean and well maintained. Staff all seemed in good spirits too which I felt added to the experience. Not to say that people don't have their bad days, but did appreciate everyone's energy at the center even if I wasn't directly interacting with all staff. Oh, and I actually quite liked that there was a cat waiting area vs dog waiting area. Hadn't seen this before so thought it was a great touch.

I have always (for 30 yrs) felt that the moment I walk in.... my dog's concerns are their first thought. No matter how busy they are, all these years... they evaluate as best they can, in time to make sure my dog does not suffer. Also dispels my fears of the worst ... but stays real when the outcome for my pet is not good... and knows how to handle that. And I am going back when your group (at the time) saved JuneBugs life.... from accidental drug access. She is 15 now and here because of you all. Thank you Joy

I always like the care we are receiving is tailored to my dog - not just generalized care. The techs are always thoughtful and kind. The doctor was also thoughtful and made our experience as stress free as possible. (My dog is extremely reactive to invasive vet procedures)

I am in awe of the incredible care Spencer received from all of you at Pet Emergency. The doctor was wonderful, and Spencer liked her as well as I did. The two assistants that helped with taking his bloodwork and blood pressure were so good with him, they just amazed me. All in all, for an emergency situation, I could not ask for better treatment, kindness and patience. We are very lucky to have such good care!

First, because another vet urged us to go through the emergency admission and not wait 3 weeks for an appointment and we got right in. And from the moment we walked in the door, it was clear that an efficient and competent AND friendly team was running the place. The vet tech was great, very efficient in gathering information and letting us know what the process was. Dr. Robin was thorough, wonderful, competent, thoughtful and relayed everything it seemed that we needed and encouraged us to contact her if we had questions.
