Excellent client education and communication and sense of caring. It was a very long wait to pick her up. Be honest about the time you need. Tell the veterinarians and technicians not to sugar-coat the time they need for intake, and discharge. Tooky had dried excrement on her haunches. It would be nice if a tech cleaned her up before release. I understand you are very busy but maybe hire more techs? But what excellent care. I am very thankful!

Dr. Lee was amazing. He treated us as if we were friends and made the whole procedure move along seemlessly. He should be used as an extrordinary example of how doctors should treat their patients and the caregivers.

We visited for a echocardiogram for my cat. The medical staff was incredibly kind and showed exceptional care for my very frightened cat. I was truly moved by how they prioritized my cat's comfort above all else. It was deeply impressive and touching to see how they adapted their approach to accommodate my cat's stress and anxiety during the visit.
