My cats have been patients at Pet Emergency since the original vet, Dr. Dana, opened it in the 1990s. He saved my cat MaiTai's life one night and detected heart disease in my kitty Ginny. Since then the doctors and staff there have been amazing. They listen to you, they give you options, they don't push for expensive treatments but give you solid options.

Again Dr. DiPaola. She made a very difficult situation easier for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and caring. I was a mess since I was across the country and unable to be there with Tricky at first. But I knew he was in great hands

Excellent response to overall health of aged dog badly suffering from CVD. Doctor was extremely clear and offered much advice including much needed hydrocodone for coughing, and Medicine for diarrhea...

First assuming 10 is highest Nobody wants to be at ER but it happens Ive been to multiple unfortunately. This ER is bigger and cleaner than most But wait time was long. Also I came one and they did standard blood test and found nothing They did not tell me about more advanced blood tests otherwise I would have asked for all the blood test to be done at the same time. Also prioritizing certain test over others like xray and ultra sound

The vet tech who helped with our dog was great. He really connected with her and made her feel comfortable. And Dr. Rothschild was very patient with our dog and was kind.
