The Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin is a fantastic animal care facility. Their doctors are caring, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly they care about your pets as they would their own. We have used the emergency facility numerous times in the past for all our dogs. We love their new facility across from the Northgate mall, a HUGE upgrade from their many years on Francisco Blvd East. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea for those emergency waits. You can call them and see what the wait time is before heading over. The staff administrative staff is fantastic. They are all friendly and likewise caring individuals. We recently were referred to their specialty center for a consultation with a canine liver specialist. Dr. Harb was very informative and likewise caring. We went to have a plan of action and we left with a plan of action. We felt she really understood the importance of priority to not let our pup suffer. Her assistant Sarah was likewise wonderful with our dog, professional and particularly empathetic to our situation. We are looking forward to working with them in the months to come.
