I always like the care we are receiving is tailored to my dog - not just generalized care. The techs are always thoughtful and kind. The doctor was also thoughtful and made our experience as stress free as possible. (My dog is extremely reactive to invasive vet procedures)

I am in awe of the incredible care Spencer received from all of you at Pet Emergency. The doctor was wonderful, and Spencer liked her as well as I did. The two assistants that helped with taking his bloodwork and blood pressure were so good with him, they just amazed me. All in all, for an emergency situation, I could not ask for better treatment, kindness and patience. We are very lucky to have such good care!

First, because another vet urged us to go through the emergency admission and not wait 3 weeks for an appointment and we got right in. And from the moment we walked in the door, it was clear that an efficient and competent AND friendly team was running the place. The vet tech was great, very efficient in gathering information and letting us know what the process was. Dr. Robin was thorough, wonderful, competent, thoughtful and relayed everything it seemed that we needed and encouraged us to contact her if we had questions.

Every single person we interacted with on Saturday 9/19 was excellent - from front desk to vitals to Docs to check out. We loved every single interaction!

It's such a human experience. I don't feel like a cog in a machine like at some other emergency vet places. The people and environment (it's so open) make all the difference.

The two doctors I saw were great

I have 4 dogs and I always get excellent service when needed, which turns out to be frequent.

Excellent staff; both Dr. Park and particularly, Elena. Both were both extremely competent, knowledgeable, and articulate, but also had very supportive 'bedside manner'. As our little friend Koby has visited this establishment multiple times (arrggh!), my wife and I both feel that PESCM demonstrates a really excellent standard of care, which again is exemplified by the staff here. We are glad y'all are around. Thank you.

As stated previously, the initial nurse/vet tech was so kind, patient and informative. She really helped us feel like we were in the right place for compassionate care of our cat. Similarly, the doctor was kind, patient and very informative, which eased our worry tremendously.

Needed expert diagnostics and I got it. Great location, building and staff.
