good care ,very expensive
All of the vet techs who cared for Waylon (I wish I could remember all of their names) deserve big thanks and kudos. Drs. Rajeev and Ng were wonderful. And we are most appreciative of Dr, DiPaola - her attention, thoughtfulness and support as we worked though care paths and end of life issues were of more help than she can imagine.
Very clear and specific communications on options for my dog's care and costs.
Caring and expert medical and admin staff, excellent communication -- I felt informed at all times. And they were willing to give more details and think through multiples paths and options when I asked. Also appreciate the transparency around costs.
The Neurology and also Cardiology specialists were thorough with a comprehensive approach. As was their explanations and reports. They are both excellent practitioners!
Our 10 year old pup, Forrest, was admitted after having surgery by Dr. Kat Olson to pass a sand impaction. He was in bad shape. It would be impossible for us express our gratitude for the expertise, professionalism, genuine care and kindness, Forrest received during is four-day stay in your ICU. From the veterinarians to the technicians (whom I prefer to think of as nurses because they were so attentive and nurturing) to the entire staff we are profoundly grateful for your care. A special mention to all Forrest's veterinarians at PESCM: Drs. Feibleman, Ng, Pompeani, Swaminathan, Hogen: THANK YOU! And for Forrest's primary nurses: Megan and Jessa: THANK YOU! We have so much gratitude for you all, and for the state-of-the-art facility that is PESCM. It brought tremendous comfort to Forrest and us that we could stay with him in his kennel overnight for the duration of his stay. We were able to see first-hand your competence, care and teamwork all week and we are deeply impressed by it all. You were all so patient with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly and clearly and compassionately. "Thank you" does not say enough what we feel in our hearts this week as Forrest is starting to return to his normal self. We have told everyone we know about how amazing you all are!
Male doctor was very thorough in explaining diagnosis treatment and what to look out for Female vet tech was very gentle and thorough Andrea at front desk has a very calm professional kind demeanor
My dog Rue was at PSCM for an emergency surgery and throughout the experience the communications with the Drs. and staff was phenomenal. They went out of their way to help me understand different paths forward as well as my dogs condition.
Vincent , the Asian girl , and the doctor. Vincent is fine! He helped me calm down just by looking at him!! The Asian girl (sorry she didn't introduce herself), but she came into my room checked on me, she made sure Vinny didn't interact with nobody (except that one time he sniffed that old lady's butt), she made sure his ass got on the scale , and she did everything with a smile!! I think I'm older than her but when it came to explaining those take home instructions for the medications, she was in charge and meant what she saying!!! I respected that shit! The Doctor - she was the complete opposite of what I expected and she was so nice, patient, and again, I didn't appreciate my dog listening to her more than me lol! Her hair is poppin'!!! Thank you!! I accidentally put my overall comment on the first question but read this : —- First, not only am I Black, but my dog is Black too. There was absolutely no difference in the care or treatment we received, and I never felt judged for being my authentic self. That meant a lot. The technicians, the tall girl and Vincent, were so kind and understanding. Then I met Dr. Moore Smith... and I loved her. Unfortunately, I think my dog loved her even more. 😂 Commands I have to tell Vinny once or twice, he listened to her on the very first try. So clearly my dog and I have some work to do! I also appreciated how calm everyone was with him. He's a Rottweiler and isn't neutered, and they've definitely seen bigger reactions from people before. Dr. Moore Smith treated him with so much patience and confidence. And baby, that payment process was smooth! I paid, grabbed his medication, and was out the door. I walked in expecting a $500 bill and left paying about $260. God is good! Thank y'all for taking such great care of my baby. Have a blessed weekend!
Easy to make appointments. Staff pleasant and helpful. Medical staff and vet very helpful
