I'm was impressed by so much I've told everyone I can. The people are a throwback to the 50's and 60's. Kind, fun, patient, thorough, willing to hug, pleasant. It's a big Aaaah -Whew to be there. Then there's the fascinating building and your state of the art everything and attention to detail. I'd like to see it a little less bright but oh well. Can't say enough

I'd love to recognize you all! Every one was top notch. Dr. Zimmerman is a total gem. I knew waiting for her consult was the best decision once I met her. She put me at ease. Now that I am facing 3 pets with cancer I couldn't not have landed a better partner through this journey. Jenn from the front desk staff was so kind and compassionate (as they all were). Vet tech Paula was so loving and careful with Sawyer. It made it easier to leave him after visiting knowing she was there. Dr. Story and her surgical team are clearly excellent and dedicated. When Sawyers surgery didn't go exactly as planned- to hear that many of the staff stayed on to ensure he was OK……It was truly incredible. Nikkie Rosenfeld happened to be filling in for oncology on our appointment day and was with us 100% as she knew we were there discussing our dogs diagnosis and also getting news about a second dog in emergency care. Her patience, true compassion and kindness truly got me through that day. Seeing her face when I visited Sawyer and picked him up, she never was without a smile and a hug for me and that is pretty incredible. Daniel from the emergency dept explained our $26k estimate with compassion and care. His kindness was so soothing in that moment.
Medical Oncology Consult
They took very well care of my puppy. My puppy arm isn't hurting her at all and it has only been a week since she dislocated her arm! I'm really surprised that she isn't having any pain. I'm really grateful for the staff

Pet Emergency and Specialty Center provides the best care for both animals and their owners. Over the years, we've taken several family dogs there for emergency treatment and have always received care of the highest quality. The veterinarians and technicians provide excellent medical attention and are consistently supportive and compassionate with pets and owners. Recently, Dr. Rothchild performed eye surgery on my "grand-dog," and both Dr. Rothchild and his technician, Cassandra, are gifts to Marin County. I must also mention that the administrative team is efficient, kind, and helpful. Lastly, everyone at the center demonstrates a genuine love for animals — which is evident in everything they do.

9/10 because 90% of our experiences at your clinic have been incredibly positive. We've come in quite a few times over the last year, and most of the staff is absolutely wonderful. I'd especially like to thank Dr. Hogen, Dr. Li, Dr. Rosenthal, and Vet Tech Paula. They've been responsive, attentive, informative and clear. It's a terrifying thing to watch your baby go through the worst pain of their life, but those absolute gems of human beings made us feel safe and hopeful. It felt like they were doing absolutely everything they could to help Milo, not only with the physical side, but also the emotional side. I really can't thank them enough. My partner and I have already spoken to Dr. Hogen and the manager Danny about this, so I don't need to go too far into it. But our experience with Dr. Feibleman was infuriating, and left us with a lot of questions and regrets. I'm stuck wondering if Milo could have been spared a lot of pain if I had pushed harder to get her to address my concerns, or if she had listened to begin with. Would he have gotten so bad that he had to be hospitalized for three nights if she hadn't been so dismissive? Would he be recovering quicker now? We just really don't want another person to go through the same experience and be left with the same regrets. It's not an easy thing to live with. At the end of the day, however, I really do think what you do and what you've created at the clinic is an amazing thing. Thank you for taking care of our baby when we can not. He's alive today because of the staff who care about him.
