Dr Xian is great Vet!

The Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin is a fantastic animal care facility. Their doctors are caring, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly they care about your pets as they would their own. We have used the emergency facility numerous times in the past for all our dogs. We love their new facility across from the Northgate mall, a HUGE upgrade from their many years on Francisco Blvd East. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea for those emergency waits. You can call them and see what the wait time is before heading over. The staff administrative staff is fantastic. They are all friendly and likewise caring individuals. We recently were referred to their specialty center for a consultation with a canine liver specialist. Dr. Harb was very informative and likewise caring. We went to have a plan of action and we left with a plan of action. We felt she really understood the importance of priority to not let our pup suffer. Her assistant Sarah was likewise wonderful with our dog, professional and particularly empathetic to our situation. We are looking forward to working with them in the months to come.

The male receptionist who I spoke to twice on the phone about receiving help to bring my cat inside the office. Dr Tun's medical assistant was also very helpful in that effort.

They were thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable regarding the diagnosis and overall procedure — couldn't have been more happy with the outcome and team, beyond grateful for their availability and support with Theodore from start to finish. The doctor, discharge nurse and intake nurse with Theodore Poiset have been the best I've ever had for any pet — so much so I wish I could make them my primary doctor.

The staff and vet techs and doctors have over and over shown their care for our dogs, we are on number 5, so knowledgable and helpful. We appreciate all they have done for us, for Tessie, Nelly, Thomas, and Gunner.

All of the vet techs who cared for Waylon (I wish I could remember all of their names) deserve big thanks and kudos. Drs. Rajeev and Ng were wonderful. And we are most appreciative of Dr, DiPaola - her attention, thoughtfulness and support as we worked though care paths and end of life issues were of more help than she can imagine.
