I truly appreciate the care your team has provided to my pets over the years. You have quite literally saved my dog's life, and for that I will always be deeply grateful. The compassion and expertise of your staff mean a great deal to me. That said, the cost of care has become increasingly difficult to manage. I've needed several follow-up ophthalmology visits for my cat recently, and at nearly $300 per visit, often in addition to the cost of expensive medications, it's simply not sustainable. Even a modestly discounted rate for follow-up visits would make a meaningful difference for clients managing ongoing conditions. Additionally, the recent 3% credit card fee feels particularly discouraging. At a time when many pet owners are already stretched financially, this extra charge comes across as out of touch. I would strongly urge you to reconsider this policy and remove the additional fee. I share this feedback with respect and appreciation for the care you provide, and with the hope that it will be taken into consideration for the many devoted pet owners who rely on your services.

Yes, I don't remember the doctor's name but he saw my dog, Ruby, and he was wonderful! He explained our options and referred us to a low cost clinic in Concord and we were able to pay less and save my dogs life. Thank you so much.

This team was dedicated to seeing the best results for my kitten and they would check in to see how she was doing even when she didn't have an appointment. Overall she got better under their care and their effectiveness speaks for itself.

PECSM has been a wonderful experience from start to finish! The front desk staff, technicians, and Dr. Tun have been very communicative and reliable at all times. When I first brought Herbie, I was anxious because of his condition. But every visit was handled with so much care and it helped to ease my worries. Herbie also got the best care and has been recovering so well. I appreciate everyone at this great hospital

Dr. Leah Kramer was the last Dr. I talked to and was very thorough with information about Jessie's condition and follow up care. All the Dr.'s were nice and provided me with details about treatment.

Very thorough care and definite compassion and empathy were shown to my furry child and me. They also answered additional questions that I needed advice on... dietary issues. I'm grateful that this vet's office is near where I live. I will definitely recommend and come back should I need anything else.
