I was very impressed by both the staff and the consultation I had with Dr. Lee, especially the sympathy for both my cat and me when she had a sudden crisis. You obviously understand the strong bond between humans and their animals. I was doubtful that the medicines prescribed would work, but I think they are since she is coming back. Also, Dr. Lee did not recommend an expensive but optional MRI scan, and PESCM even refunded $300 for procedures not needed which gave me confidence that I was not being taken for a ride when I was vulnearble. I'm very grateful for that.

That no matter how busy the entire staff is that when it comes, your turn to be spoken to by any one of the staff or doctors that you feel like. You're the only one there and that you're the only one that matters. I know they treat every patient the same way. Sometimes the wait is longer than you want it to be, but it's always well worth it when it finally is your turn to have the doctor speak with you about your pet?

Dr Rosendalh (sp) was great. She kept me updated and communicated to me very well. She also took wonderful care of my dog Reggie.

Honestly, everyone I mentioned above. Scotty is still with us due to the team effort. Please please please - thanks go to the nursing and tech staff as well.

Life-saving surgery and care for our Springer Spaniel was excellent... everyone was most caring, took time to explain procedures, meds, and post-op care. We are most grateful that Dr Sachs recommended and made the arrangements for Sasha to be transferred to PESCM

Alexander Tun was great, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a neurology appointment to go to him. I wish I remembered all the other vets I've encountered during er visit because they were great as well especially during high stress situations. Everyone is so patient with my high stress dog. I can't thank them enough.
