The quality and caring of the staff for the pets and the owners.
You can tell that they truly care about your pet. They are kind, patient and understanding. They take the time needed to thoroughly exam your pet and you never feel rushed.
Everyone is very friendly and professional.
My interactions were at discharge and over the phone. I did not catch everyone's names. Dr ostapec (sp) was excellent and I think there was another male doctor overnight that called for updates and took great care with his plan. His techs and nurses were also great. At reception a woman helped me understand billing and called to follow up about an issue two days later which was resolved. She was so professional and caring. I think Dr. Tun also came in to check on Rocky too. Overall excellent care.

Fantastic care and great support. I went through a very difficult 2 weeks my dog. The staff and Dr's were amazing. Kind, patient, and caring. They really helped me out a lot and I can not thank them enough.

Dr Tun is amazing. Evaluating a doctor for your pet is incredibly difficult. Your animal cannot talk. So when you find a Doctor who is fully engaged, incredibly observant, knowledgeable, and empathetic it's wonderful. I only wish my primary care physician was as good at his job.
