Received excellent care for our pet. From the receptionists to the pet technician to the physician. Our pet was well received and treated.
Excellent care
I feel we received excellent care but I don't know anything about the other departments or ER. The extra $55 for using a credit card (that my insurance will not reimburse) was annoying but I guess that's what I get for going to Marin Co!
The staff are warm, calm and concerned about the pet. They are also excellent listeners. The doctor understood we are on a fixed income. She developed two plans for us to consider for our pet's treatment.
Friendly staff. Clean facility. Reasonable pricing and insurance will reimburse you based on your pet and coverage plan. Dr. Kaae and Polina are amazing.
They handled my reactive dog so well . The ER dr on Sunday seemed more knowledgeable about Calvin's condition and was able to find a 24/7 Neuro vet they could tent him right away. The other dr said we had to wait and they would not even guarantee an MRi appt. In his situation I found this very surprising. The care for him was very good on the pain management side and just overall being able to handle Calvin since he is not an easy dog. Thank you
