Everyone at PESCM, were wonderful with our gizmo! Surgery went well, communication from many different people. Kind, polite and professional Dr. Tun, all of his techs, nurses and staff were amazing at taking care of our boy! Thank you soooooo much!! Kindness with my Gizmo. We have had excellent care for our pets at the Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin. Our poor lovely dog Red was treated for cancer for months at your former facility, and the staff were so kind to him. They knew his name, and when he sadly passed away, they followed up with me. I didn't feel as if we were forgotten. On our most recent trip with our new pup who was having complications post spaying, the woman who took our dog's initial assessment was very kind and easy going even in a situation in which our dog was actually bleeding (or seeping) from a wound/infection. She was so calm so that I could be calm. What I appreciate most about the Pet Emergency & Specialty Center is how much your staff love animals.

Took my senior dachshund to Pet Emergency in San Rafael for a back issue. The staff were amazing very caring and knowledgeable. Explanations were given throughout the visit and when we left I felt informed and confident that my dog received the appropriate care. She is doing very well now.

Pet Emergency is an amazing place...Over the years we have had several of our pets there for emergency treatment and for specialized treatments (MRI's/Chemotherapy)...On every occasion they have been fantastic and cared for our pets and us extremely well... I wish I remembered the names...I was very upset and worried while I was there...But everyone I interacted with was amazing... I appreciate that you have all of the needed Dr's and equipment on site, but what I appreciated most was the way your staff treated Ernest and me while we were there...Very comforting in an uncomfortable situation...

They saved my Ruby girl!!! I misdiagnosed a snake bite or bites as yellow jacket stings. I waited way longer than I should have to bring her in, but somehow they got my girl back on her feet! Thank you, PESCM!!!

The staff at Pet Emergency & Specialty Care Center of Marin are very kind, caring, and professional. We (myself and our cat Thelma) were nicely greeted and checked-in by Simone. Thelma was then immediately evaluated by Keiko, Veterinary Assistant who assessed and recorded Thelma’s vitals. Immediately afterwards Thelma was evaluated by Dr. Peyton Li, DVM. He was very caring, customer and patient friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. I could not have been happier about the EXCELLENT CARE we received from Pet Emergency & Specialty Care Center of Marin. Simone, Receptionist: is excellent. Keiko, Veterinary Assistant: is excellent. Dr. Peyton Li , DVM: is EXCELLENT. And because it is the doctors whose medical veterinary education, training, and skills we most rely on to diagnose the problems with family pets , it is great to have such great Veterinarians working at Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin

I very much appreciate Dr. Zimmerman for her expertise, compassion, and timely reports. She always answers all questions and concerns. Her staff is excellent and compassionate as well. We always get seen on time and the front desk staff are very helpful. Dr. Zimmerman is amazing, very clear in communicating a difficult and complicated treatment plan. So is Dr. Barry. Her reconstruction work on Bella was most impressive. You gave her the best care possible and communication was amazing. And we didn't have to wait after Bella's diagnosis was made to get the care she needed.

I love the care we've gotten, both from staff and the vets. They're professional & kind - both with pets & with owners. Their new location is farther & a little more difficult to get to, and the parking/elevator-to-the-office part of the visit is harder to deal with. But the people are top-notch.
