My animal was triaged to see the vet as soon as we arrived. The treatment given and the instructions for care afterwards were excellent. I have such praise for everyone that helped us. I hope you don’t have to use their emergency services but if you do your animal will be taken care of extremely well and the price will be fair.

The staff is very warm and friendly towards the pets and owners. Max loves going to his chemos. Dr. Kelley Zimmerman, incredibly kind, compassionate and patient. < br />Also there is an assistant in the mornings from the oncology department, I do not know her name but she normally receives Max for drop off, she was not there in our last visit on Wednesday 11/5. The compassion demonstrated to the pets.

The care, the concern, the knowledge, and respect received at PESCM for both our pet and ourselves deserves the highest rating and recommendation. Special call-out to Dr. Blaise Waniewski who spent time committed to not only diagnosing our dog, but also making sure we understood everything that was going on. In a very busy emergency center, when we had the doctors and technician's attention it was completely on our dog.

We have gotten quality care and extended the life of our beloved family dog, Champ. The people we interact with during this difficult time have been kind and Champ doesn't seem to fear coming in even though he is going through a lot and getting medicine there that might make him feel bad etc. The Vet Techs and Doctors that we have interacted with have all been wonderful. It's a difficult situation to be in the middle of but the team is doing everything they can to help.

This was easily one of the best medical experiences (dog or human) ever. From the clean and spacious lobby to the helpful from desk staff to the very short wait times even the before treatment part was enjoyable. The techs and vets were so kind and understanding and took great care of me and my dog. The emergency and specialist vets were both very thorough and took the time to ask questions and explain things in detail. If I could make them my regular vet I would!

Everyone we encountered was outstanding- from the people who answer the phones to receptionists as well as techs and the vet were all incredibly helpful. I wish you just had regular vets there too so I could take my dog there all the time. The veterinarian and techs explained complex topics easily, went over action items, provided handouts, took time answering numerous questions, and gave a thorough exam. We were so impressed.

Our entire experience was beyond our expectations from booking our appointment to the wonderful staff and doctor! We had an incredible experience during a very hard time for us. We are so happy we crossed the bridge to Marin from SF because our experience at the hospital we were at prior was cold and brash and felt like we were being taken advantage of financially. Huge shoutout to one of the managers, Nicole for being so wonderful during a very hard time for us and fitting us into a last minute neurology appointment. And to Doctor Tun for being so thorough and proving such a detailed evaluation and plan for our sweet pup. We are SO GRATEFUL for the wonderful care we received!
