My dog became very ill in the middle of the night with diarrhea and vomiting. I was up all night with her and she was getting progressively sicker. I called the Pet Emergency and Specialty Center of Marin which is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year. She received highly skilled treatment and was able to come home in 2 days. She probably wouldn't have made it without the prompt care she received from PESCM. If you have ever lived in a place which does not have an emergency pet hospital available and your pet gets deathly ill or injured, you can truly appreciate how comforting it is to know there is a facility available if you ever need it. The hospital is new and definitely state of the art. The residents in this area are so lucky to have it available to us especially with the high number of pet owners here.

If you ever have a pet emergency, and we've had a few, this is the best facility you could ever hope for. The doctors, nurses and medical assistants are knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. The facility is immaculate, and the pricing is very fair. I highly recommend.

Short and simple, you save my dogs life. Third vet and second hospital we were in and no one could figure out what was wrong with her until you guys. Every doctor we have spoken with and worked with has been truly amazing. Dr. Kaae- Thank you for saving a Peach and helping us learning how to best support her moving forward. We have had excellent care for our pets at the Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin. Our poor lovely dog Red was treated for cancer for months at your former facility, and the staff were so kind to him. They knew his name, and when he sadly passed away, they followed up with me. I didn't feel as if we were forgotten. On our most recent trip with our new pup who was having complications post spaying, the woman who took our dog's initial assessment was very kind and easy going even in a situation in which our dog was actually bleeding (or seeping) from a wound/infection. She was so calm so that I could be calm. What I appreciate most about the Pet Emergency & Specialty Center is how much your staff love animals.

Took my senior dachshund to Pet Emergency in San Rafael for a back issue. The staff were amazing very caring and knowledgeable. Explanations were given throughout the visit and when we left I felt informed and confident that my dog received the appropriate care. She is doing very well now.

Pet Emergency is an amazing place...Over the years we have had several of our pets there for emergency treatment and for specialized treatments (MRI's/Chemotherapy)...On every occasion they have been fantastic and cared for our pets and us extremely well... I wish I remembered the names...I was very upset and worried while I was there...But everyone I interacted with was amazing... I appreciate that you have all of the needed Dr's and equipment on site, but what I appreciated most was the way your staff treated Ernest and me while we were there...Very comforting in an uncomfortable situation...
