The staff at Pet Emergency & Specialty Care Center of Marin are very kind, caring, and professional. We (myself and our cat Thelma) were nicely greeted and checked-in by Simone. Thelma was then immediately evaluated by Keiko, Veterinary Assistant who assessed and recorded Thelma’s vitals. Immediately afterwards Thelma was evaluated by Dr. Peyton Li, DVM. He was very caring, customer and patient friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. I could not have been happier about the EXCELLENT CARE we received from Pet Emergency & Specialty Care Center of Marin. Simone, Receptionist: is excellent. Keiko, Veterinary Assistant: is excellent. Dr. Peyton Li , DVM: is EXCELLENT. And because it is the doctors whose medical veterinary education, training, and skills we most rely on to diagnose the problems with family pets , it is great to have such great Veterinarians working at Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin

I very much appreciate Dr. Zimmerman for her expertise, compassion, and timely reports. She always answers all questions and concerns. Her staff is excellent and compassionate as well. We always get seen on time and the front desk staff are very helpful. Dr. Zimmerman is amazing, very clear in communicating a difficult and complicated treatment plan. So is Dr. Barry. Her reconstruction work on Bella was most impressive. You gave her the best care possible and communication was amazing. And we didn't have to wait after Bella's diagnosis was made to get the care she needed.

I love the care we've gotten, both from staff and the vets. They're professional & kind - both with pets & with owners. Their new location is farther & a little more difficult to get to, and the parking/elevator-to-the-office part of the visit is harder to deal with. But the people are top-notch.

PESCM is the BEST. I had to take my dog in for an emergency and we didn’t have to wait more than five minutes. I took her to PESCM after being told the 24-hour vets in the East Bay had four hour waits. And I’m so grateful I did. Everyone there is amazing - from the receptionists to the nurses to the many doctors I dealt with. Hattie ended up needing significant surgery and was with them for days. Throughout her stay, they kept me apprised and loved her up. And they were so thorough with their evaluations and explanations of what was going on. Plus they are all EXPERTS. Plus they provided explicit SOAP notes, which helped me get the maximum back from my insurance company. I cannot recommend them strongly enough

I feel extremely fortunate that I have access to top Veterinarians in a state-of-the-art facility like Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin. The facility is very professionally managed and from the moment you arrive, the front desk staff acknowledge you and check you in. The appointments run on time, everyone is friendly, and the entire staff of doctors, assistants, and attendants, are all competent and very efficient. I also love that they have a separate waiting area for kitties, how thoughtful! Thank you to everyone who has helped my little Lolita come through her crisis. The staff at PESCM is amazing. Dr. Story and Dr. Ing were wonderful. So were Sunny and Diana. It was such a scary 24 hours for us but Indigo was in great hands and everyone was very sweet. After her splenectomy, Indy is feeling much better and recovery is going well.
