I can't say enough good things about our experience at PESCM. Every single person with whom we interacted was patient, compassionate, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Without me saying a word, they understood how scary and stressful the situation was for me and my beloved dog, they anticipated our needs and questions, and made me feel like everything I asked and needed was completely reasonable. They also took extra good care of my anxious dog, which gave me tremendous peace of mind, especially when I had to leave him overnight in an environment that I knew would be stressful for him. Also, the calm environment was especially appreciated - from the bird sounds to the lovely waiting area, to the compassionate care provided by every single person with whom we interacted.

I cannot say enough positive things about the incredible compassion, hospitality, and expertise at PESCM. We first came here in June 2025 during a highly stressful emergency: our Cam required urgent surgery to remove a ruptured spleen. It was then that we received the devastating news that he had advanced-stage hemangiosarcoma. Meeting us at our absolute worst moment, Dr. Story (Surgery), Dr. Zimmerman (Oncology), Nikki, and the entire PESCM team were a beacon of support. They didn’t just treat Cam; they guided our family through the difficult process of maintaining and maximizing the final weeks and months we had left with him. The team was always available for a phone call or an in-person appointment, providing exactly the guidance we needed to understand Cam’s condition. Their focus was always on ensuring we did everything possible to support his quality of life. If you are looking for a team that combines top-tier medical expertise with genuine heart, I highly recommend PESCM.

Scheduling was efficient and everything proceeded in a timely manner. Price was reasonable and all my concerns were addressed with a good follow up plan. Everyone I encountered that day was helpful when Loki had his appointment with Dr. Tun. My dog is dog reactive and the elevator is difficult; however, staff was supportive and waited at the elevator to ensure someone was not about to come in as we were going up and exiting to enter the building.

We took our 8 week old puppy in on Monday with what turned out to be a broken leg. The staff was friendly, courteous, respectful of our time and our dog's needs, and communicated well. Dr Rosenthal was fantastic. Thank you for your care of young Magnum.

They took amazing care of my dog and us from the first phone call all the way to his surgical discharge. We called for an internal med consult and even though they weren’t the soonest available in our area, Jamie’s excellent customer service had us knowing this was the place to go. Dr. Harb-Hauser was great in going over diagnostics with us. She referred us to surgery with Dr. Rajeev who took her time to thoroughly answer every one of our very many questions. Alahnna, the surgical coordinator, also responded to my last minute emailed questions. She was very helpful. Everyone did a great job keeping me informed of my dog’s procedure. They even texted me pictures of him in hospital overnight. He came out of surgery doing great and went home the following day. I’m thankful for all the care and attention he received. 2 months post op, he’s doing wonderful!

I felt wonderfully supported by the entire team. Amber was a lovely and reassuring presence at the front desk, while Nurse Courtney was both caring and efficient. Dr. Krupa was incredibly personable and thorough, and the aftercare I received from Dr. Kramer was truly exceptional. Honestly, everyone I interacted on Friday 11/28-11/29 & 11/30 were amazing. Communication and overall compassion during one of my scariest moments in life reassured me I took my fur baby to the right ER. Thank you 🫶🏽
