I had an intense week where both my dogs had to be brought in with urgent issues (persistent cough for Foxy and my other dog Lali stole a half-slice of toasted Panettone from my desk while I had my head turned the other way. Daniel and Dr. Blaze quickly got Lali out of danger by giving her an emetic - she had eaten TWELVE raisins! Very grateful for their care of Lali. Dr. Blaze explained the situation very clearly and did not make me feel like he was in a rush to move on, as happens with many vets and doctors. I brought Foxy in two days later and she was seen by Jill, and then by Dr. Ng. Dr. Ng explained Foxy's preliminary diagnosis in a way I could understand without needing a degree in veterinary medicine which helps me make an informed decision about next steps; I'm no good with science-y, left-brain stuff. Excellent care, excellent communication. All of the vet techs and staff people are super-personable and add to the overall warmth of the environment!.

Loved everything, but in an emergency, it would be great to have very clear signage as to where you guys are located. It was a little confusing and dark on a rainy night. The elevator, etc. The care was amazing! :) Everyone. Awesome and efficient. I have a dumpster fire of a puppy! Never met a dog that would try and eat a plastic lightbulb, amongst other random items over the last four years!

Dr. Zimmerman is just fantastic! She has provided us with clear and honest guidance with respect to Jacky's cancer diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. She is warm and compassionate, and has called us after hours to follow up on Jacky's emergency. Having a doctor you trust helps a fur baby's family tremendously through the cancer journey. We thank her and all the wonderful staff in the oncology department at PESCM. The best part of the ER visit was that staff helped me discern that Jacky's severe physical reactions to her second chemo treatment are not that uncommon, and provided recommendations to better support Jacky's protocol moving forward. And the actual treatment of IV fluids, and immediate medications helped Jacky recover quite quickly

My animal was triaged to see the vet as soon as we arrived. The treatment given and the instructions for care afterwards were excellent. I have such praise for everyone that helped us. I hope you don’t have to use their emergency services but if you do your animal will be taken care of extremely well and the price will be fair.

Kind doctors and staff that listen to your concerns. People there acted compassionately.

The staff is very warm and friendly towards the pets and owners. Max loves going to his chemos. Dr. Kelley Zimmerman, incredibly kind, compassionate and patient. < br />Also there is an assistant in the mornings from the oncology department, I do not know her name but she normally receives Max for drop off, she was not there in our last visit on Wednesday 11/5. The compassion demonstrated to the pets.

Everything I encountered at PE&SCoM was a very good experience the staff is great.

The care, the concern, the knowledge, and respect received at PESCM for both our pet and ourselves deserves the highest rating and recommendation. Special call-out to Dr. Blaise Waniewski who spent time committed to not only diagnosing our dog, but also making sure we understood everything that was going on. In a very busy emergency center, when we had the doctors and technician's attention it was completely on our dog.
