I've only had 1 visit but I was impressed with the facility as everything was clean and designed openly. Staff was friendly and communicative. The waiting area was spacious and allowed me to keep my nervous dog away from others. Mikayla was welcoming and it was reassuring to see my dog walk with her easily. I really appreciate Dr. Tun. He took his time explaining the results, each possible cause and actions moving forward. I felt informed and confident.

Dr. Zimmerman is truly amazing. She gives me hope. I feel incredibly lucky to have my dog under her care. The kindness, honesty and feeling listened to.

Dr. Liu & Dr. Tun was so attentive and through with my dog, Don Tot's assessment. They did a thorough examination, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and gave me all her options if she did not get better, what to do at home and what to expect. I was referred to your facilty from a friend of mine who took his Shiba there and he had no complaints. I highly recommend this place. I am happy to cross the GGB to get the best health care for my fur baby. Thank you Dr. Liu & Dr. Tun Yes! Dr Liu & Dr. Tun!!!!! The staff at Pet Emergency & Specialty Center are the most incredible humans. Thorough, kind, accommodating and so smart. I’ve never felt more immediately confident in a group of people to take care of my cat. Thank you so much!!!

Had an amazing experience here, especially with Dr. Story. My cat had an issue that I’d gone to our regular vet twice for that was not resolved, and Dr. Story went in depth to understand the issue, make a diagnosis, and create a treatment plan that has been working. My cat is feeling so much better! Definitely going to continue to come here. Dr. Story is caring and detail oriented with great bedside manner.

We've trusted PESCM with our dog's emergency care for years. The staff is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and extremely caring. They listen to our feedback and questions, and they make us part of the decision-making process. The flexible visit availability for pets in ICU is really helpful and put us at ease. The variety of on-location services are great.

Great service in a tough moment for our dog. Everyone were excellent and friendly, thank you all. They really assist to my dog to prevent anymore pain.

I can't speak highly enough about the people at PESCM. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses and doctors, were so kind, patient, and compassionate during a really tough time. We unexpectedly had to put our pup Larry down over the Thanksgiving, so stress is already higher than normal over the holidays. The doctors and nurses were so good at communicating and following up when they said they would, which helped ease that stress more than they might have realized. I'm forever grateful for their patience, their time (they never made me feel rushed into a decision), and the love and attention they gave my boy in his final days. Thank you! (Side note, facility is really clean and well taken care of.)

10/10 for the PESCM team. Everyone I have encountered has been welcoming and respectful. Polina and Dr Kaae have especially been a pleasure to work with while working to figure out my pet's health concerns. They always take the time to explain procedures, plans, and results thoroughly and give space and time for questions and concerns. I am thankful to work with the team here. Pet emergency and specialty center of Marin was incredible in dealing with my dog after she ate a cake containing raisins. She is a counter surfer. Raisins are known to be very toxic for dogs, but I didn’t realize they could cause renal failure. They made sure we had 72 hrs of bloodwork. All was good, but they took really good care of us!!

I have taken many dogs here over the years. This week I had to take my dog in to see the neurologist, unfortunately what they found was not good news and we decided it was best for him and his severe condition to put him down. From start to finish the entire team was so kind and caring both to us and our sweet boy. They made us feel very comfortable in whatever decision we made and were very clear and straight forward about testing, procedures and costs. They truly are wonderful here. Any time I have ever had to take a dog here I have never hesitated because we are always taken care of and treated well.
