My dog received the care he needed. My dog was visibly better after treatment and medication.

The facility was clean and comfortable (nice views too). Everyone was nice and accommodating. The staff was professional, unlike many other vets we have been to. The doctors were thorough and patient and my dog was happy. She even layed down in the exam room which never happens. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The knowledge from the doctor was so helpful and reassuring. She let me ask all of my questions without feeling rushed and also answered additional questions by email. We are so thankful to finally be moving forward with my dog’s diagnosis.

Highly recommend this organization. Great to work with Dr. Li, Dr. Harp, Jill, Katherine and the team. The front desk team and facilitators are exceptional. They know what they are doing. Check in is similar to a hospital ER... it takes some time to register and evaluate. My kitty went to triage immediately and was a patient there for 4 days. We visited him daily. They saved his life through IV antibiotics and a blood transfusion. It was costly since he had so many things done, but each charge was reasonable and they do thorough work. The team communicates well amongst themselves and they have very advanced medical systems. I am very grateful that PESCM exists.

Attentive, patient, and friendly staff, a great operation.

Had a difficult case with my puppy and was panicked about cost. Their office took step by step with me to figure out what was best for my dog and my wallet. Their team took such good care of my puppy. Hopefully dont have to use them soon but if I have an emergency, I will be going back.

We had a sudden and unexpected bout with IVDD. We woke up in the morning and our Frenchie could not walk, hind legs were partially paralyzed and she was in pain. We rushed her over to your facility for emergency care. What a nice facility. We were greeted immediately and taken care of. We saw the ER Tech immediately for initial tests, and the vet shortly thereafter for further care and diagnosis. She was very clear about that and the different associated treatment options and costs. I felt that the level of care was outstanding and all of the staff was very professional. It was a great experience during a very stressful time. Ten days later and our dog is much improved and walking again. THANK YOU!

I'm was impressed by so much I've told everyone I can. The people are a throwback to the 50's and 60's. Kind, fun, patient, thorough, willing to hug, pleasant. It's a big Aaaah/Whew to be there. Then there's the fascinating building and your state of the art everything and attention to detail. I'd like to see it a little less bright but oh well. Can't say enough about everyone but especially Amber, who tolerated a concerned phone call before I got there and after I got home and was so kind while I crazed about the bandaged leg. Quality of care, service, and the facility are all outstanding. Dr Salpeter and the front desk staff (as well as the vet techs) are all amazing, great at what they do and exemplify great customer service. I really appreciate the level of empathetic and professional care given to my pet.
