The staff I dealt with were all amazing -- gave me detailed information along the way, answered all my questions, and did a great job caring for my dog. Everyone I dealt with was great. I didn't get any of the receptionists names but someone offered to help me immediately every time I walked into the clinic and they were all friendly and helpful at each visit. PESCM responded quickly to my vet's referral and provided excellent care for Aeneas.

We were able to get an appointment with an oncologist quickly after receiving terrible news of our dog having lymphoma. Dr. Zimmerman took time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment options in a kind and upfront manner. While the prognosis is not good, we are so grateful to have her and the PESCM team to help us through this and make the best decisions for our baby girl. This place has helped use through so much with our two boxers, and the new location is wonderful.

I can't say enough good things about Pet Emergency of Marin. I've brought my dog for both emergency and specialty attention and the care and consideration of the team is something I've never experienced anywhere else. Dr. Salpeter has been excellent caring for Fiona's Pannus condition. I was at a loss for what to do after taking Fiona to multiple vet appointments, Dr. Salpeter diagnosed Fiona's condition right away and has offered consistent support. I feel like the entire team really does care and it shows.

Open 24/7 is great. Helpful staff and vets. Lovely facilities. We recall the previous location had ultrasound on site, however we had to wait until the next day for any diagnostic tests other than blood work. The vet tech who brought our dog out Saturday night was very helpful and kind. She was friendly and took time to answer questions and help us. She was great with our dog (Abby the Husky) and made sure we understood what we needed to do in case Abby showed signs of distress. Very quick to send doctor notes so that we may seek insurance reimbursement. The fastest vet notes we have received! Thank you so much.

Everyone was friendly, efficient, and knew what was going on. Dash and I got great service right from the beginning to end. Super clean, knowledgeable staff, expert care. They did an excellent job of replacing his specialized splint in a relatively short amount of time. I was also very impressed with the rapid attention and empathy provided to another client who came in while we were waiting, with a dog in severe respiratory distress. The overall experience at PESCM was exemplary. While I sure hope to not have to rush to the ER any time soon, I would not hesitate to go back to PESCM if needed.

The critical care team is incredible. My dog came in on Christmas day for a life-threatening emergency and the entire team of doctors, nurses and front desk associates were all highly attentive, professional, trustworthy, and kind. My dog is here today thanks to the PESCM team. Dr. Kramer and her critical care group were exceptional and deserve an extra shout out! I'll also add that the new facility is so well-designed and they thought of everything to make pet clients and their people comfortable and stress-free.

Our whole experience over the past 3 months with our dog's eye care has been outstanding, from the friendly staff greeting us as we arrived, to the care from the nurses and doctors. Myra, Fran, Jose, and Dr. Salpeter were always so great to work with, and they were always so patient with us as we progressed through the at home treatment. The amount of sincere care they provided for Pinot's eye healing was above and beyond! Very grateful!
