Great care, very thorough, informative, and very responsive with follow ups.

The staff made us feel comfortable while I waited for my dog to be seen. The vet and vet tech who met with me following my dog's tests thoroughly explained the test results and treatment.

We were most impressed by the staff at PESCM. Everyone was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were there for a cardiology consultation and echocardiogram for our elderly small dog, who is traumatized by vet visits and being handled by strangers. The staff at PESCM understood this, and allowed us to stay with Mickey and comfort him during the procedure. His diagnosis and treatment options were explained to us clearly and completely, and we received helpful instructions on how to proceed with his care. He has improved, and is doing well.

I have brought my doggies in since 1999 , for emergencies and their specialists. All of us, doggies and humans, were given sensitivity and excellent care… saving one from a fatal disease that had not been diagnosed before. Thanks to all!

Mari Waterman is great! The vet tech was also terrific, but unfortunately I didn't catch her name.

Dr. Park and Nina (vet technician) are the primary reason for my high rating and comments.

Kelly Zimmerman was knowledgeable, had great communication skills and offered advise when asked. She showed compassion for both my cat and me.

We believe our wonderful family member, Duffy, has received intelligent and compassionate care through Dr. Zimmerman and The Specialty Center of Marin. He has a very difficult cancer , and he is doing very well in spite of a grim prognosis.

Nice facility, efficient team and very thorough. The provider spent a lot of time going over options for treatment.
