Everyone I dealt with was great. I didn't get any of the receptionists names but someone offered to help me immediately every time I walked into the clinic and they were all friendly and helpful at each visit.

We were able to get an appointment with an oncologist quickly after receiving terrible news of our dog having lymphoma. Dr. Zimmerman took time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment options in a kind and upfront manner. While the prognosis is not good, we are so grateful to have her and the PESCM team to help us through this and make the best decisions for our baby girl. This place has helped use through so much with our two boxers, and the new location is wonderful.

I can't say enough good things about Pet Emergency of Marin. I've brought my dog for both emergency and specialty attention and the care and consideration of the team is something I've never experienced anywhere else. Historically, going to the vet has been a traumatic experience for my dog and I. That's not the case here.

The vet tech who brought our dog out Saturday night was very helpful and kind. She was friendly and took time to answer questions and help us. She was great with our dog (Abby the Husky) and made sure we understood what we needed to do in case Abby showed signs of distress.
