The staff is friendly and responsive. They always take care of me and my pup. They follow up and show they care. They understand that I may not be an expert or emotionally sound in making my decisions and, thus, give me the space to ask questions and the comfort to confide in them about the hard decisions.

Short waiting and very clean hospital

Vet assistant and vet both were excellent. Do not remember either name. Both women. Met with them Monday April 6th at ~11am with Bella (last name Hoefer).

The staff is very welcoming and kind! The vets and vet techs are wonderful to the precious furry creatures we bring in. And they're also very nice to us! The facility is spacious and has wonderful views of the surrounding hills making it feel even more open and spacious!

My dermatology vet recommended my dog see an Internist Vet. She helped to get me an appointment in one week. I know PESCM accommodated that request and worked to find an appointment. They got the testing my dog needed done that day. Called me with the results later that same day and the next day after bloodwork was completed. I thought they handled my dog with care. I thought they explained the procedures and costs clearly and considered our boundaries as they proceeded. The facilities were updated. Reception staff was nice.
