The team at Pet Emergency, and Drs. Coe, Kramer, and Story were amazing. They saved our dog's life when she had a bowel obstruction, with peritonitis and sepsis. She was very sick, and only the excellent care and emergency surgery, followed by unparalleled ICU care, saved Lady Luck's life. We couldn't be more grateful and recommend PESCM to anyone with a pet! All the nurses and doctors! Besides the clinical competence, the communication from the doctor and nurses was exceptional.

Caring and highly qualified staff. I've brought my dog as well as our cats here many times over the years. I appreciate their compassion and kindness, which is a great support when one is worried about their pet's well-being. Vet tech Andie was amazing and really patient and kind. Haley kindly brought in water and a blanket for our dog, as we had a long wait before her procedure. Dr. Rosenthal was very gentle and calm with our dog and explained things clearly to me. I appreciated the individual attention to my very nervous dog. Both the vet tech and vet sat on the floor alongside my dog during their examinations in order to help her feel more comfortable.Thank you all!

I'm so grateful for the genuine empathy and care Jack Cousteau (my senior golden) and I have received both times we've had to go to the ER. It's such a tender experience to go in for an actual emergency, and I've been met with compassion, patience, and thoughtful explanations of prognosis, options, and costs both times. Every vet tech and vet we’ve spent time with have been incredible humans — immediately calming Jack and I both.

No one ever wants to have to take their pet to the emergency room. I arrived sad and distraught over my dog's injury. But when I got there, the facility was clean with plenty of seating. The staff were so exceptionally friendly. Logan, the neurology scheduler, was SO AMAZING for staying on top of Rocco's pet insurance claim and later communicated with me frequently by phone. Rocco's neurologist was not only knowledgeable, but she took the time to discuss all of my options and answer my questions. I left there feeling that my dog's needs were addressed and that I was able to make the best decision for his care. Thank you, PESCOM team, for making a tough situation as easy on me and my dog as it could be.

I was seen quickly, you were upfront with costs, and took care of my pup well. Everyone connected with my dog's diagnosis and treatment were kind and professional. Quick, same day check-in, accurate diagnosis, nice feeling inside clinic.

Dr. Kaae and Polina are extraordinary care providers for my cat. His asthma is well managed under Dr. Kaae's expertise and guidance. Polina and Dr. Kaae always respond to my emails in a timely fashion and provide high quality support. I greatly appreciate the care, compassion, and expertise that Dr. Kaae, Polina, and all staff members demonstrate on a consistent basis.

Staff was friendly and they know the issues that exist for pets in this area. I'm from out of town and don't have foxtails or realize the issues they can cause for dogs. I sure do now.

Dr. DiPaolo was amazing and the rest of the staff were great as well. Scrappy had back surgery and we’re hopeful he can walk again he’s 16 1/2 years old and was well taken care of here. My only issue is they exorbitant prices of pet care.

Bright and lovely facility, easy parking, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Rothschild and Fran were both reassuring and highly experienced, and my dog was calm and happy around both of them. I also appreciate that PESCM was able to schedule both my pet's consult visit and surgery so quickly (I was trying to see another ophthalmology specialist in Santa Rosa but told I had to wait 3+ weeks). I was able to get an appointment and schedule surgery all in less than 6 days thanks to PESCM!!

It was amazing how quiet the waiting room and intensive care rooms are. I have sadly had to visit many vet ER rooms and this was by far the calmest and least stress inducing I have visited. The separation of cats and dogs (although one time there was a VERY calm chihuahua in the cat area which was understandable), I really appreciated how you clearly tried to reduce stress. Everyone was very helpful. I wish I could remember the name of the vet that saw me when I first checked in, but I was too stressed to do so. She was amazing, everyone was SO kind and competent. Plus SO FAST oh my, when I had a question, reception called to the back and got a response quickly!!!!

There are no words to describe how wonderful everyone is at this vet office. They treated me, my girlfriend, and Moo (our beloved kitty) with the utmost kindness and respect. Moo had to stay a night at the office and we knew he would be perfectly safe because they treated every animal that came through there like they were their own. When the time came to put Moo down after his battle with cancer, the wonderful people at the vet office made that horrible experience a little easier to deal with. Thank you to the whole team for making sure our Moo was well taken care of during his last few months.

Nice new facility with a lot of space up near Northgate. VERY empathetic and professional care from the med tech and the vet I saw. Really appreciate the approach and care. Vet assistant and vet both were excellent. Communication was super clear, they assessed and handled the difficulty of the situation (older sicker dog), and thoughtfully reviewed all the options with openness and no judgment.
