They were very caring with my dog, Ruby. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with kindness and compassion. I don't remember the doctor's name but he saw my dog, Ruby, and he was wonderful! He explained our options and he referred us to a low cost clinic in Concord and we were able to pay way less for her pyometra surgery and helped save my dogs life, which I am eternally grateful for. Thank you so much. The love and compassion they showed my pet was truly inspiring and one of a kind. I drove 45 minutes for this ER Vet clinic and I would do it again!

This team was dedicated to seeing the best results for my kitten and they would check in to see how she was doing even when she didn't have an appointment. Overall she got better under their care and their effectiveness speaks for itself. Dr Rothschild and Mayra were great and they remembered my pet during her follow up. Overall, they made sure to chart the best path for full recovery for her and so I would recommend them to anyone.

PECSM has been a wonderful experience from start to finish! The front desk staff, technicians, and Dr. Tun have been very communicative and reliable at all times. When I first brought Herbie, I was anxious because of his condition. But every visit was handled with so much care and it helped to ease my worries. Herbie also got the best care and has been recovering so well. I appreciate everyone at this great hospital. We communicated with Logan frequently during Herbie's treatments and he was always very kind, reassuring, and supportive. Dr. Tun was also very informative and showed genuine care for Herbie. He was also understanding and accommodating - always encouraging questions and engagement. I am very appreciative of all of the staff. Highly communicative team at all times

When my cat was experiencing labored breathing her primary veterinarian suggested I take her to PESCM. Everyone I interacted with was nice, courteous, friendly, efficient, and professional in manner, communicating updates clearly throughout our visit. A five star experience during a challenging time. Knowing that my cat would receive the best care and treatment plan was reassuring. Also PESCM being a Fear Free practice was a bonus.

Dr. Alexander Tun (Neurology) was exceptional in caring for our dog. His depth of knowledge and clinical insight were very impressive. He was able to quickly get to the root of what was going on and put together a treatment plan that made a real difference. Dr. Tun is incredibly responsive and patient, walking us through everything in detail and making sure all of our questions were answered. We felt very supported throughout the entire process and are so grateful for his care.

The entire staff was very caring, energetic, sympathetic, kind, informative. I felt comforted and supported. Dino is doing great!

I cannot state how impressive the staff and care are at Pet Emergency Clinic. The staff, the care, and the communication were all top notch. Thank you! Dr. Tun, Dr, Blaise, and all the vet tech that put up with my anxious and firey dog during a difficult procedure. I am so grateful.

My dog received the care he needed. My dog was visibly better after treatment and medication.

The facility was clean and comfortable (nice views too). Everyone was nice and accommodating. The staff was professional, unlike many other vets we have been to. The doctors were thorough and patient and my dog was happy. She even layed down in the exam room which never happens. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. The knowledge from the doctor was so helpful and reassuring. She let me ask all of my questions without feeling rushed and also answered additional questions by email. We are so thankful to finally be moving forward with my dog’s diagnosis.

Highly recommend this organization. Great to work with Dr. Li, Dr. Harp, Jill, Katherine and the team. The front desk team and facilitators are exceptional. They know what they are doing. Check in is similar to a hospital ER... it takes some time to register and evaluate. My kitty went to triage immediately and was a patient there for 4 days. We visited him daily. They saved his life through IV antibiotics and a blood transfusion. It was costly since he had so many things done, but each charge was reasonable and they do thorough work. The team communicates well amongst themselves and they have very advanced medical systems. I am very grateful that PESCM exists.
