Had a difficult case with my puppy and was panicked about cost. Their office took step by step with me to figure out what was best for my dog and my wallet. Their team took such good care of my puppy. Hopefully dont have to use them soon but if I have an emergency, I will be going back.

We had a sudden and unexpected bout with IVDD. We woke up in the morning and our Frenchie could not walk, hind legs were partially paralyzed and she was in pain. We rushed her over to your facility for emergency care. What a nice facility. We were greeted immediately and taken care of. We saw the ER Tech immediately for initial tests, and the vet shortly thereafter for further care and diagnosis. She was very clear about that and the different associated treatment options and costs. I felt that the level of care was outstanding and all of the staff was very professional. It was a great experience during a very stressful time. Ten days later and our dog is much improved and walking again. THANK YOU!

I'm was impressed by so much I've told everyone I can. The people are a throwback to the 50's and 60's. Kind, fun, patient, thorough, willing to hug, pleasant. It's a big Aaaah/Whew to be there. Then there's the fascinating building and your state of the art everything and attention to detail. I'd like to see it a little less bright but oh well. Can't say enough about everyone but especially Amber, who tolerated a concerned phone call before I got there and after I got home and was so kind while I crazed about the bandaged leg. Although this wasn't a "true" emergency as I would describe emergency, I still needed our pet to receive emergent care and could not wait for our vet appointment the following day as we were leaving on vacation in a few days, and I was afraid that our pet's behavior indicated something more serious. Dr. Park was extremely thorough and kind, and everything was explained to me clearly as well as options. Nina (vet tech) was so sweet and gentle with our little doggie and explained follow up care to me clearly.

When we rushed our dog in after he ingested rat poison, we were taken in right away and received exceptional care at every step—from reception, to the vet techs, to the veterinarian’s evaluation and treatment. The team was calm, compassionate, and highly competent during a very stressful situation. They clearly explained our options and recommended a thoughtful, reasonable course of treatment that never felt excessive or like we were being taken advantage of. The pricing was fair, and they were wonderful at handling our large, reactive dog with patience and skill. We are incredibly grateful for the care they provided and for having such a wonderful emergency vet close by.
