Although this wasn't a "true" emergency as I would describe emergency, I still needed our pet to receive emergent care and could not wait for our vet appointment the following day as we were leaving on vacation in a few days, and I was afraid that our pet's behavior indicated something more serious. Dr. Park was extremely thorough and kind, and everything was explained to me clearly as well as options. Nina (vet tech) was so sweet and gentle with our little doggie and explained follow up care to me clearly.

When we rushed our dog in after he ingested rat poison, we were taken in right away and received exceptional care at every step—from reception, to the vet techs, to the veterinarian’s evaluation and treatment. The team was calm, compassionate, and highly competent during a very stressful situation. They clearly explained our options and recommended a thoughtful, reasonable course of treatment that never felt excessive or like we were being taken advantage of. The pricing was fair, and they were wonderful at handling our large, reactive dog with patience and skill. We are incredibly grateful for the care they provided and for having such a wonderful emergency vet close by.

I didn't get any of the receptionists names but someone offered to help me immediately every time I walked into the clinic and they were all friendly and helpful at each visit. PESCM responded quickly to my vet's referral and provided excellent care for Aeneas.

We were able to get an appointment with an oncologist quickly after receiving terrible news of our dog having lymphoma. Dr. Zimmerman took time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and treatment options in a kind and upfront manner. While the prognosis is not good, we are so grateful to have her and the PESCM team to help us through this and make the best decisions for our baby girl. This place has helped use through so much with our two boxers, and the new location is wonderful.
