Years of experience with all the care options at PESCM including emergency services, Ophthalmology, Cancer, internal medicine and allergy. Great doctors and staff very concerned for the animals.
The PESCM team has always been thorough and compassionate with both of my dogs and with myself. There have been a few times under stress and bad news that I have broken down and even the front desk team stays calm and caring. The doctors at PESCM make sure to thoroughly explain their reasoning behind the care and tests they're administering so that I am cognizant enough to make decisions. My dogs get happy to see their favorite techs and doctors. One of my dogs used to shake and have high blood pressure at the vet. He now gets excited when we show up for rechecks, falls asleep in the exam room, and begs for pets from his vets. We feel lucky to have PESCM close by for their specialized and emergency care and will continue to use them.
Prompt responses on the phone when we initially called about our dog ingesting rat poison. The staff was helpful, reassuring, and communicative. We got in quickly, and they took care of our reactive dog to keep it as calm as possible. Clearly, the staff cares for the pets and humans that come in.
This place is AWESOME!!! Very professional, very reasonable pricing, and GREAT CARE! Saved our little puppies life.
