From the first call to walking out the door after our first appointment, PESCM showed compassion, care, and competency unlike any other vet I've been to. They showed how knowledgable they were as well as were able to handle my dog with care.
Facility is easy to get to, organized, calm, and a friendly environment. Although, I will say it isn't clear which desk to walk up to for check in/ check out. My appointment was right on time, the doctor spent ample time with me, and I didn't see anything traumatic (other animals in emergency) which is a plus.
I was impressed with the facility as everything was clean and designed openly. The waiting area was spacious and allowed me to keep my nervous dog away from others. Mikayla made me feel comfortable and welcomed, and Dr. Tun really took his time explaining what the results could mean and how to move forward. My dog seemed to feel comfortable as well, which means everything!
Oshie appeared to be constipated, not able to have a bowel momement, and in distress
Both the vet who cared for Duzie and the vet I called the next day when my dog was extremely nauseated. Her recommendations really helped my dog
They were quick to receive us, provided clear options for treatment and accommodated our cat overnight. Everyone was friendly, professional. It is expensive, but needed care.
