Since we opened our doors in 1998, we've never stopped looking for ways to better serve our patients, clients and referring veterinarians. That commitment to continuous improvement is what led us to our new state-of-the-art hospital in San Rafael.
Opened in February 2025, our new 28,000-square-foot facility more than doubles the size of our previous location and expands our ability to care for pets with complex emergency and specialty needs. The hospital features a 24/7 emergency room, advanced intensive care capabilities, four customized operating rooms, a dedicated chemotherapy suite, endoscopy services, a community blood bank and advanced imaging including MRI and CT.
As veterinary medicine continues to advance, so do the expectations of what specialty and emergency hospitals can provide. Our new facility gives us the space, technology and resources to support a broader range of services while creating a more comfortable environment for patients, families and team members alike. Features like dedicated feline wards, natural-light canine recovery spaces and specialized treatment areas were thoughtfully designed to support both exceptional medicine and the patient experience.
While our address changed, our mission remains the same: providing the highest level of specialty and emergency care to the pets and families who trust us.
