Lesley Milstead, an East Coast native, moved to San Francisco after obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in 1994. She enrolled in a veterinary technology program in 1996, passed her CA boards in 1997, and went immediately into Emergency and Critical Care. She joined PESCM in July 2006 and was promoted to Clinical Supervisor in 2014, and then Clinical Hospital Service Manager in 2019.
In her spare time, Lesley likes to cook and eat vegan food, drink wine, travel, volunteer with a local farm sanctuary and spend time with her husband and 2 canine companions.
